Felix looked at the door in annoyance, but he still gave his permission for whoever was behind the door to enter.
His irritation peaked when he saw it was Jessica who had come to interrupt him and Xander.
"Yes, Doctor Kang? What do you want?" Felix didn't even bother to be polite towards Jessica. Since he saw the confrontation between Jessica and Jasmine, he couldn't look at Jessica in a good light. Jessica's attitude was repulsive in his eyes. Or maybe Felix was just biassed when it came to matters involving Jasmine.
Jessica's eyes were so fixed on Felix that she didn't notice Xander inside the room. She was delighted to know that Felix was back at the office. In the morning when Xander mentioned Felix was in the hospital with Jasmine, her mood turned foul, making her coworkers in the infirmary on their tiptoes.
