[... A 'quiet' street in New York City, Christopher's home, Nighttime ...]
A man and woman were sitting behind a table and worry could be seen in their eyes.
The woman was looking at her phone which had a picture of her son, while the man was deeply drowning in his thoughts.
'Where are you, Christopher? Where did you go? Your birthday is coming and I brought you the ring you liked so much. You should be home... wait, could it be?'
The woman suddenly spoke "Do... do you think that he's-" but before she could answer her question, the man cut her off, saying "Stop Maria, he's not!"
Maria started crying silently and the man got up and hugged her from behind, gently putting his left arm around her neck, adding "I'm sorry, but I don't think he's dead... he's just... somewhere."
Maria nodded and continued *Sniff *Sob "Ahhh, before you came home, he was locked in the bathroom, acting a little strange" and the man added: "And when I saw him on the stairs, he looked... different. He was taller with well well-defined body and with strange tattoos on his arms."
"Tattoos?... Mark? It might be someone from your past..." said Maria and Mark pulled himself from her and kneeled on her left, on the ground.
Holding her left hand he said, "Maria, I swear a God, if it was someone from them, I'd find them and kill them all."
Then, he got up as Maria said "I know, I know my dear" and kissed him passionately.
After a few seconds "I'm going to contact someone, I'll be back in a few hours" said Mark, kissed Maria on her forehead and left the house.
Maria looked at her phone again, then got up and walked to her bedroom.
Locking the door behind her, she walked to her closet and opened it.
It was full of her dresses, boots, and clothes for work and home, but the closet doors looked strange.
Maria pushed inside the handles on the closet and stepped in, closing it behind her.
When the doors closed, a green light enveloped it and when Maria opened the closet doors again, she was no longer in her bedroom, but in a house, built inside a big tree.
She walked from the closet to her mirror as her appearance changed a little.
She still looked the same but was more beautiful and a little younger.
Previously she was 180cm tall with a mature curvy body, brown hair, green eyes, and D-Cups, wearing a grey skirt and black T-shirt, but now she was 195cm tall with a little thinner body, wearing a long, black, and green dress with a deep neckline showing her full G-cup breasts.
Her brown hair was more vivid and her green eyes were glowing.
She was looking at her appearance in the mirror with a smile, "Better" and nodded for herself.
Turning around, she took a few steps and came to a small table with a pentagram engraved in it.
A book was placed on the table and its cover was six gems, each having a different color.
Opening the book, Maria looked excited that she could finally release her mana, which had been boiling in her body for a long time.
"How long has it been? Ten, fifteen, hmm, maybe eighteen years. I was storing my mana for eighteen years?" she looked at her hands in disbelief.
"Hmmm let's see," she said and started searching for one, specific spell in the book.

[... Meanwhile, hidden garages in NYC Harbor ...]
Mark, in his Cadillac Sedan de Ville 1969, was coming towards a hidden and little abandoned garage.
Pulling a remote control from his pocket, he pushed the button on it and the big, garage doors in front of him started opening with a screeching sound.
He drove inside where he parked his car and the big metal doors of the garage closed behind him.
Mark turned off the engine, opened the door of his car, and looked around for a light switch.
When he found it, next to the big metal doors which he entered, he pulled it up and the lights lit up the entire, pretty big garage full of tuned and fast cars.
Mark smiled and said "It's good to be home again~" and walked to a nearby office on his left.
In the office were a few metal closets, a PC, and some pictures on the walls.
But what stood out the most was a brown carpet, placed under the metal closets.
Mark walked to them and opened each one of them, but they were empty.
He started picking them up and when the last one was away, he threw the brown carpet to the doorway on his left and revealed a metal trap door.
"Let's see," he said and opened them, revealing a staircase that was leading under the garage.
He walked down, pulled another switch, and lit up the room.
The room was full of weapons, armor, and other equipment made for combat and it resembled more of a long hallway than a room.
The walls were full of glass cases with different armor, riffles, swords, and electronic weapons.
In the middle were four wooden cases with glass on them and another set of weapons in them.
The wooden cases resembled those you find in a museum or library.
On the end of the hall were twelve metal closets with gold, name signs.
Walking through the hall, Mark stopped in front of one glass case that was on the wall.
Inside it, was a battle suit, and under it was a sign saying 'Mark: Nanosuit 2.0'
Under the suit were placed two fully black katanas, each having one red strip on the blade.
Mark smiled again and remembered his last mission in Berlin before he left his work and became a construction worker.
This work was too dangerous for him and Maria, and when Christopher was born, Mark left this work, not wanting to put his family in danger.
Turning away from the glass case, he walked to the metal closets and stopped in front of one with his name on it, 'MARK SALVATORE'.
Opening it, he pulled an old metal box from it, placed it on a table behind him, and closed his closet.
The box had a lock with numbers on it.
Mark put his combination on it and the first stage of the lock was unlocked.
The second stage was a keyhole.
He took his key from his neck and inserted it into the lock, unlocking the second stage and revealing the third stage of the lock which was his fingerprint.
Unlocking the third stage, the lock fell from the box on the table and Mark opened the box.
The box contained a handgun, more precisely fully black Colt M1911, two small paper boxes filled with 0,45 ACR bullets, a phone, and two hundred gold coins with a symbol, a symbol that was very similar to one that Christopher had tattoed on his chest.
Mark took the phone out that contained only one number.
He dialed it and after a few *BEEEB sounds, a male voice answered "Mark? Is it you?"
"Hi Gabriel, I need your help"
While Mark was talking with Gabriel, Maria found the spell she was looking for and was preparing the ingredients she needed.
[... Christopher's home ..]
She was humming a romantic song while thinking about last night with Mark.
The memory made her blush and formed a wide smile on her face.
While standing in front of her small table with her opened spellbook, she was mixing the ingredients into a small vial.
"Three leaves from the Forgotten Trees of the Underworld, five tears of the fire dragon, a drop of blood from the wings of the fallen angel Azazel, and nine tail tips of the Basilisk. Hmmm Let's see~"
Maria started mixing the ingredients, then closed the vial and started shaking it while she was reciting the spell "Spiritus Septentrionalis, Australis, Orientalis et Occidentalis ostende mihi quid vis videre et invenire me quod quaero."
Then, she continued "Spiritus Ignis, Aquae, Aeris et Terrae sint oculi mei et vox mea. Ostende mihi et indica mihi quid quaero."
The ingredients in the vial started merging, changing into a black substance.
Maria opened the vial and drank it.
Her beautiful green eyes changed fully black and she was now looking through the eyes of the four spirits of elements, Fire, Watter, Air, and Earth.
Air, Water, and Earth didn't show anything useful, but Fire showed her a room with a bed, closet, portraits on the wall, and two windows, showing her a vast forest outside of the room.
The room was inside of a big mansion and on the bed was lying a young man.
His eyes were closed and a purple glowing rune was above his face.
"Healing rune?" mumbled Maria and looked closer.
The rune disappeared and she saw the face of her son.
"Oh my dear Christopher, I finally found you, what happened to you?" said Maria with a worried and angry tone.
Suddenly, the door opened wide and three individuals walked in, looking at Christopher.
They stopped next to Christopher's bed, "How long has it been?" asked Elizabeth and looked at Rose.
"Four days already. His body is healed but his soul... *Tsk, It's complicated" she said and kissed Christopher lovingly on his lips, caressing his left cold cheek.
Maria's eyes narrowed when she saw that, but then Elizabeth turned to the other woman with them, which was Lorie, and said "Call Marcus, I need to ask him something."
Lorie nodded and left as Elizabeth turned back at Christopher, but then her attention was piqued by a candle, placed on his nightstand.
Her eyes narrowed like Maria's because she felt someone's presence in it so she walked to the nightstand and blew the candle.
Maria's eyes suddenly changed back to her green ones as she looked up and full of rage, she said only one word.
"Vampires..."
