As the two groups moved deeper into the forest, the oppressive atmosphere never left them. Every step deeper that they took made them feel more and more on the edge as they could sense countless eyes on them from all sides.
Part of that feeling was because the forest itself was keeping an eye on them, making them aware that they were never truly alone, and the other part was the many monsters who had gotten close to the group and then left upon seeing the size and sensing the strength of the group. To come across a group of about 30 Grand Realm combatants was truly a rarity in the world, perhaps only in the top empires of the world could such a sight be present more often.
