The Necromancer was using her undead energy and tried to expel the foreign blood that had entered her body, but the constant attacks from her three opponents didn't allow her to easily do so.
She wasn't that worried about the blood as she had already managed to isolate it, getting it out of her body was only a matter of time, but unbeknownst to her, to Lyle, that didn't matter.
He wasn't planning on using his blood manipulation to try and damage her from the inside as it was simply not effective. He would need to use almost all of his remaining mana, and it wasn't certain whether or not he would be able to injure her heavily.
A person that was a realm higher than him had incredible control over their body and mana, it was not feasible to try and power his way through in order to defeat them.
