The night was shrouded in darkness as the rebels stealthily approached the city of Sodar. Lyle led one army together with Leona and Aric as 3 more rebel leaders were present with them as well. Lyle's 2 servants, Lostred and Londar, were with them while the rest were helping out Soldom and the others who were marching to Astomar. The soldiers moved with a precision born from their shared experiences in battle.
The city, now aware of the impending threat, had fortified its walls and positioned guards at strategic points. The rebel forces, however, relied on the cover of darkness and the element of surprise. They approached the city gates silently, using Shadow's Dominion magic to conceal their presence.
