Amarna bit her lip, wondering if she did the right thing by telling Alpha Vincent about what happened. When she relayed the information to Greyson and Archer, they were surprised by her actions.
"You didn't have to," Greyson reminded her. He was touched by her actions.
Though they knew each other for a while now, he never expected her to go the extra mile for their sake.
"I wanted to. You all seem like nice wolves, and Safira is too," she reasoned. Looking at the injuries Safira suffered she folded her arms and continued, "What happened was not right. It should not have gone the way it should."
"She was doomed from the beginning," Archer sighed in defeat as he took a seat on the sofa.
She was favored over what most wolves in their pack thought was the rightful heir to the Alpha. Even if Luna Cecil was not a suspect, there would be many potential suspects too.
"We should've advised her not to take the challenge. Retreating would have been the best option," Archer reasoned.
