The room now only had Trevor and Jesy inside. Dennis and Akira had excused them at Trevor's request. Trevor now had his mask off and placed it on the small coffee table before them. He sat beside her and stared at her and she glared back. She could see the amusement in his hazel eyes and that was what irked her the most.
"That stare isn't romantic at all. Try to make it more sexy." Trevor said and Jesy closed her eyes, she took in a deep air and let it out before looking at him.
"Why were you openly calling me your wife? We were supposed to keep it a secret." Jesy growled as she tried not to yell at his face. Trevor was really pushing her button.
"That's not how to welcome your husband now darling. About that, we never agreed on keeping it a secret, except it was your personal choice but you never said anything like that to me, not that I would oblige to it." Trevor said the last line in a murmur but Jesy heard it very clearly.
