After that day, Ashanty became more curious about Ronvic's life because of what he said. Ashanty didn't lose it in her mind, and she wanted to ask Ronvic more about his past, but she couldn't because she thought that Ronvic might be annoyed with her.
Ashanty just woke up, and she woke up feeling good. She went in front of the mirror and fixed her messy hair. And after Ashanty fixed her hair, she also fixed her bed because it was messed up when she was sleeping. She was about to leave her room to go downstairs to eat because she was hungry when someone suddenly knocked on her door.
Ms. Monteverde opened the door, and she said, "Good morning sweetie, the breakfast is ready, go downstairs and eat your breakfast." And smiled at her daughter.
"Good morning to mom, I'm coming." She replied and she smiled at her mother too.
"Alright. By the way darling you have a guest waiting for you downstairs, so hurry up." Ms. Monteverde said. Ashanty was confused about who was the guest because it was too early to visit, and besides, she had school, so she didn't expect any visitors. Her mother was about to leave when she suddenly asked a question.
"Who is it, mom? I don't expect anyone to visit." Ashanty said while she was still confused.
"It's Ronvic, your best friend." Ms. Monteverde smiled and winked at her.
"Mom, You're so annoying! We're just friends, okay? So don't be like that, I know what you're thinking, mom." She smirked.
"I know sweetie, I'm just joking." Her mother said and she laughed a little bit.
Ms. Monteverde always teases her daughter with Ronvic. Because she always wanted Ronvic for her daughter Ashanty because he was not only handsome but also kind and smart.
After that, they both went downstairs to have breakfast. And when they got downstairs, Ashanty immediately saw Ronvic waiting in the living room. Ashanty spoke to get Ronvic's attention because he was busy watching TV.
"What are you doing here?" She said that, and she raised her eyebrow.
"Sweetie, don't be like that to Rovic. So he came here because he wanted to pick you up so you could go to school together." She said and sat down next to Ronvic.
"I know, mom. That's why he came here so early because he wanted to pick me up. And besides, I'm just joking.." She winked at her mom, Ms. Monteverde smirked and Ronvic laughed a little bit.
"Let's go and eat. Ronvic, join us, and maybe you'll get hungry from driving." Ashanty's mother said, and then tapped Ronvic's shoulder.
"Okay Auntie.." He smiled at Ms. Monteverde.
While they are eating, Ms. Monteverde asked Ronvic about his life so that Ashanty's mother could somehow get to know him.
After they eat, Ashanty prepares herself while Ronvic is waiting for her in the living room. After a few hours of waiting, Ashanty came down, and they said goodbye to Ashanty's mother before they left for school.
