In an endless void a soul can be seen vandering seemingly lost in thought. this is our mc Lucas Cliff who just died and is waiting for a god or one above all to come and reincarnate him and give him some cheats. He died in the line of duty, as a cop.

got shot six times while trying to get children away from a school shootdown. he died while saving 16 teenagers who later went to become great doctors,teachers and law enforcement officers to not let his death be in vain. An entity with unknown origins and motives, who has seen this kind of action from a selfish species such as humans decided to give him a second chance.

'huh where am I and how long have i been asleep for?' thought Lucas as he looked around or tried to as he doesn't have a body.

'wait i died? Well at least I saved 16 kids my death doesn't matter since society was rotten to the core and I don't have anyone to call family anyway'.

"Your right young one the society really is rotten to the core I had created humanity to be peacefull species with room to develop their own personality but i see that I didn't really see it through" came a booming voice from every corner of the pitch Black space which startled me from our of my thought.

"who are u? a god? are u here to judge my life or something?" I said outload with a hint of anticipation.

"yes i came to give you a second chance because by knowing or not you changed the course of humanity"says the entity who is masked by a dark cloak with trillions of universes and galaxies spotted here and there like a never ending path of nothingness but at the same time everything."you have three wishes to choose and you can change your appearance and can choose the world and the time period in which you want to be born in" says the entity with a voice suspiciously like Morgan Freeman.

"well I want to be born in the Pokemon world as the brother of Ash. 3 years before the birth of Ash and for the first wish i like to have a system which scales the potential, abilities,moves and level of the Pokemon along with its species data" Says Lucas.

"granted"says the entity."for the second wish I would like to have access to all three types of haki's when my body is ready and as for my final wish I would like to have the a dimension which increases in size as me and my pokemons grow stronger along with it being habitable both by Pokemon and flora" I concluded with a steady voice.

"granted and I have to say you really were hitting reaaally close to the limit with the haki. So any changes to your appearance?"asks the entity." I wish for you to choose the best appearance possible for me since I'm not really good at all this but i would like my lil'brother to be 9 inches". I say with a hint of embarrassment.

"very well it shall be done and I believe that's about it. I am going to warn you before the little tv show and the reallity are two different things. i wish you a long and happy life my child"says the entity with a hint of fondness at the end.

"THANK YOU FOR GiVING ME A SECOND CHANCE"I shout as I get sucked into a portal which appeared out of no where.
