Vincent kept his attention fixed on Mr. Wilson the entire meeting and watched him examine Hazel with his lusty gaze.
He hated when clients refused to behave professionally and kept checking out the female employee.
Hazel was managing the meeting and their client negotiations with such skill. Although she gave off the impression of being much more sophisticated and was eager to collaborate with them, she was blind to the man's sidelong admiration.
"I never thought Mr. Stanley had such a beautiful and professional assistant," Wilson remarked.
Hearing his abrupt remark made Hazel feel a little uncomfortable, but she forced herself to remain composed and give him a kind smile.
"I believe your proposal is sufficiently flawless and intriguing for us to approve it," Wilson remarked.
Hazel's eyes lit up with joy at his words, and she looked over at Vincent, who was still staring at Wilson and seemed irritated.
