Adrian gave Clara no opportunity to respond as he kissed her right away.
Clara did not see anything wrong with his behavior either, but his mouth soon began to enjoy her, almost biting her lips aggressively.
"Hmph, Adrian.." Clara tasted her own blood in her mouth and tried to talk Adrian out of being so rough. But he was too powerful to back down or even pay attention to her cries.
"A-Adrian, please stop it." Putting her hand on Adrian's chest, Clara tried to stop him, but he did not seem to hear her. So she used her strength to push him away.
Adrian jolted out of his angry reverie, but his confused gaze was still fixed on Clara. That is when he realized he nearly hurt her by forcing her, bleeding her lips in the process.
"Clara, I am so sorry." Adrian began to apologize to Clara, but she was already in tears.
She was not sure if Adrian's actions or the kiss was what made her cry, but she knew it was not deliberate.
