Rachael planned on staying with Arthur in the hospital, whereas Regina decided to leave home.
Walking into the parking area, Regina was about to get into the car when a strong arm dragged her into the corner and pinned her against the wall.

Regina was startled to see Derek right in front of her, but she quickly let down her guard and pounced on him.
Derek had been restless about Regina ever since watching the live press conference, and when he finally could not stand it any longer, he went back to see her only to discover that she was in the hospital.
Many thoughts crossed his mind while he was afraid for Regina, but after coming here, he realized that Arthur had been admitted and not Regina.
"Thank God you are safe," he exhaled deeply, comforting himself for having such a ridiculous thought.
