Clara turned her eyes and watched Mello's concerned eyes. It was then she answered," I am fine Mello. It's just a little pain, but Momma is good" Clara forced a smile to assure her son from worrying.
Mello might be small, but he could easily read his mother's face. She was just trying to console him as she didn't want him to worry for her.
Understanding the intention behind her smile, Mello wiped off his face and sat next to her.
Abby helped Clara sit in the bed with her back comfortably resting on the backrest of the bed and passed her the water glass.
Clara silently emptied the glass and passed it back to Abby.
"When did you both come here? I mean why wasn't I informed" Clara was now back to being normal inquired the two with suspicious gaze.
Both Mello and Abby glanced at each other before they turned their eyes toward Clara and watched her fold her hand.
