In the end, bounded by the contract, Clara couldn't help but follow his words silently.
Adrian couldn't help but smirked at her submissiveness and watched her pull a chair for herself using her free hand before sitting on it.
Once she was settled comfortably, Adrian let go of her hand and watched her pick the fork.
Digging inside the fruit salad, she picked out a cube of apples and brought the pieces close to his lips.
Adrian observed her careful yet stuff gestures and silently opened his mouth.

Clara stared at him in complete awe. His action reminded her about their past, however, she simply brushed it off and concentrated on feeding him.
'He was still childish' she reminded herself and started feeding him. All she had in her mind was to finish this stupid task and get back to work.
