Adrian's office was suddenly filled with an overwhelming quietness. Even though they were able to manage the board members, it was unclear how they discovered Theodore's connection to them.
"This isn't going to be easy. Cedric with us would be a huge deal" Vincent muttered, giving Adrian a concerned-filled look.
"I never knew Theodore held shares in Skylar and after whatever he did, Grandpa is still being kind to let his son join the board," he added with a displeased tone.
Vincent remembered a meeting he had with Theodore in which he attempted to negotiate with him by convincing him to go against his family and join hands with him instead.
Despite Vincent's attraction to his proposal, he is unable to allow their sworn enemy to take advantage of him. Though he did occasionally argue with his family, Vincent never attempted to sell him to anyone.
