"Because you made them with all of your heart," Hazel replied, placing the glass on the table.
Vincent had done a good job making those pancakes. His only mistake was that instead of sugar, he put salt in it.
Vincent pursued his lips, disheartened by his failure to prepare a good meal for them. But what hurt him the most was that Hazel ate them without saying anything.
"Do not be upset; we can eat breakfast on the way to work. So, get up and get ready!" Hazel cheered him up, and he went to his room to change before leaving the house.
