"Who said you are not handsome. Of course you are, but you lack something called a brain," Adrian said, leaving Vincent stunned.
Vincent's character has never been assassinated by anyone before, except for his own brother, who does it while grinning.
"You..." Vincent was about to scold Adrian but he stopped him.
"Accept that you don't have a brain. If you had, perhaps you would not be acting so pouty and would instead be waiting for your girlfriend to come and comfort you."
Adrian could tell by Vincent's actions that he was desperate to get close to Hazel, but his pride prevented him from doing so.
Between the two of them, Vincent had always been the stubborn one, pouting and losing his cool when things did not go his way.
But until recently, Adrian was unaware that he exhibited that behavior.
"It isn't my mistake this time. She was the one who made me upset." Vincent confided in Adrian, letting him know how much he was suffering.
