Clara helped Mello in his studies. Mello was a quick learner, so it didn't take him longer to understand anything.
"Mom, is it possible for us to visit Aunt Abby this weekend? I miss having fun with her." Mello requested.
They moved with Adrian about a week ago, and during that time, Mello busied himself at school. But now that the weekend was drawing near, he was itching to be with Abby.
After considering it, Clara agreed with him. "Okay. I will drop you off at Abby's this Sunday."
"Why only me? Mom and Dad will not be joining us," he inquired.
Clara had never told Mello anything about Alexander. So he had no clue she had a family here.
"Well, Mom and Dad need to get to work, but you can go play with your aunt. We will both be there to join you all that evening." Her reassuring words made Mello's sad face brighten, and he quickly finished his studies.
