Mello was busy eating his meal while James kept gawking at Abby after she skillfully lied to the kid about their hug.
'What did she say, stopped me from falling? From where and how?' James couldn't accept the fact that Abby refused to acknowledge their kiss and hug.
James understood she needed to lie in front of a kid, stopping him from assuming things but what about him?
