Clara blinked her eyes in utter disbelief moving her eyes back and forth from the food and to Adrian.
"T-This food is for me?" she asked exaggeratingly while pointing at herself.
"Then who else would I be feeding if not you? Do you see anyone else here?" Adrian said ignoring her dumbfound expression and continued arranging the plate on the table ahead of him.
Adrian didn't care what everyone else would come to think about him. His concern was to fill Clara's stomach and nothing else.
While Adrian busied himself, Clara couldn't process for a moment as her eyes kept watching Adrian's careful movement.
Never did she imagine him going all the way to the eatery and reheating the food for her. 'But why was he being so considerate'
Adrian set the table for Clara and looked up only to find her still in the same position. "Are you going to sit there and stare at me? Come here and eat the food before it gets cold"
