Ayame looked for any signs of Aerial’s remains but there were none. She scratched the back of her head puzzled as to what just happened since she had nothing to do with it. She sighed before heading back to what she had to do but she also gave some updates to her priestess.
“Irie, two cleansing fallen beasts were off the radar but something was puzzling me when they suddenly vanished when I managed to defeat them - not killing them.” Ayame quickly reported to her priestess about her update regarding that matter.
‘If that was the case then the moon may had something to do with it. We can’t tell since it is our generation now. Only they were familiar with how things were done before.’
“Hm, I think you’re right since when I mentioned it to Aerial, my recent encounter, she was surprised like it was too soon for them to be gone from the day they start making their move around our land.” She nodded while she was checking the other sides around the southern borders.
