Before they could even appear at the headquarters, Nicole hold Avalyn’s hand tightly as she began feeling something awaits them there. Avalyn sensed the tension over her beloved mate and made her hold Nicole’s hand assuringly. But the serious look on Nicole’s face was totally gonna freeze anything in the way and Avalyn sighed while smirking over that view but it was not the right time to admire her lover’s beauty. She decided on carrying her into her arms to which Nicole might be shocked over the sudden gesture but didn’t complain at all.
“Thank me later.” Avalyn kissed her temple before appearing at the rooftop of the quarters itself.
