From the sudden attack of her old acquaintance, Sally was about to defend herself while holding her sleeping maiden on her lap when some ice daggers showed up. It quickly attacked Sally’s old acquaintance but at a right distance, it suddenly stopped which made that person smirk from realizing how far it could only reach. With that realization kicked in his head, he started using long-range attacks but something else happened before Sally could.
“Mikage?” Sally muttered when she noticed another magical barrier from the air that deflected the long-range attack of her old acquaintance.
