As soon as Suzaku came out from the teleportation, she was already at the entrance of the area and she halted in her tracks. She snapped her left fingertips to make the area protected by a powerful barrier from a flame phoenix.
“That will do.” She smirked and vanished like a cloud of smoke as soon as the air touched her skin.
She was at the train station when her new heirloom and necklace began to give her a burning sensation. It was an alarm about a certain danger that she might face.
‘On the next cabin, four monsters sucking life forces from the humans there and after three cabins after that, a beast is haunting this particular train.’
“Dream beast?” she started on guessing but her butterfly familiar cleared that up for her maiden.
‘No, it was once a wandering spirit and now, it turned into a beast.’
“How they turned into a beast?” she wondered as she put her earphones on her ears.
‘Eating wandering souls.’
‘To make things quicker, it ate a beast’s soul.’
