With that conversation, Suzaku went back to the realm of her familiar and beast maiden, Rikuto. She was catching up with Althea but when she arrived back, they immediately looked at her way surprised. She was confused by their reaction and went to their side.
“What?” she wondered and Althea responded while smirking.
‘You’re fast.’
“Huh? I felt like I spent a couple of hours there.” she was confused making her chuckle a bit.
‘It was just a minute ago when you went into your meditation and it was just in a half before two minutes.’
“Ohh…is that a problem?” she nodded but still had a puzzled tone.
‘No, but you’re faster than me.’
“Oh.” She just nodded and sat beside them quietly. Both of the creatures watched her carefully until Rikuto stated her guess.
‘Hm, seems like you made a decision what to ascend into, am I right?’
“Yeah, and I have tasks to do it alone.” She sighed as she nodded.
‘Well, being a maiden is a lone job unless you were blessed with a mate.’
