Hearing that name escape from Yuko's lips, Ayame quickly released something that surprised them. They weren't sure what made her release her barrier that immediately countered when the dragon serpent attacked them.
"What just happened?" Reyna wondered since there was so thick fog around the training garden.
"Don't move. Irie, hold the barrier for me." Ayame answered but her cold voice echoed seriousness.
"Here." MIR just touched Ayame's back and she started smirking because she knew well what it does to her body. Only MIR could give that feeling to her.
"Ayame, tame her. It was the only way to be able to speak to her." Yuko reminded her since she knew well the creature hiding in the thickness of the mist.
Ayame just nodded and went out of the barrier that she cast and let MIR handle it for her. Then without releasing her mask to cover her face when facing a beast, she made sure to let her tamed beast protect and help her whenever she needed.
