Huntsmen Quarters: Nicole’s Office
Once they were done discussing the soul core beast, Mikage went back to helping Nicole on making sure the malicious around the perimeters were all good and not being triggered. But as the maiden was totally busy handling that matter, something suddenly came on radiating around Nicole.
“Ava…” Nicole muttered and Mikage sensed it. She looked over at Nicole and Nicole was looking at her hands that were wrapped in crystal red.
“Ice, you okay?” Mikage carefully asked and Nicole just gave her a look but before she could utter any word to her something suddenly came flashing before them.
‘Don’t come closer to her, Maiden.’
“Soul.” Mikage said to her familiar that suddenly stopped her from coming closer to Nicole.
“He’s right. Just stay there. I am not sure what’s going on but Ava needs me now.” Nicole genuinely smiled at Mikage who nodded in understanding what she meant there.
