Huntsmen Quarters: Nicole’s Office
Once the laughter died down, Nicole went to her desk and wrote some reports regarding what happened in the south wing underground tomb. But she left some personal details that only belonged to her. Yet, as she was busy with her desk work, she suddenly halted and get up from her chair and stared at the papers.
“What’s wrong, babe?” Avalyn quickly asked as soon as she noticed that sudden change around her beloved Nicole.
“I am not sure but my chest was like burning like I’m having heartburn but I know it wasn’t the case…something that I can’t point out…” Nicole answered her lover honestly before glancing at her and then at Elkania who was playing with Mikage.
Nicole’s eyes turned into a very deep shade of blues and there she saw the soul core within Elkania. It was Avalyn’s but more bloody than full of flames. Then she looked back at Avalyn who sighed and nodded.
