Spade shut his eyes and embraced Liviera. Their relationship couldn't be easily mended with just one conversation, but that would be alright. As long as both of them were willing, at least the fractured parts could be fixed.
One thing that Spade had learned was that he didn't need to hesitate any longer about the things that he should and wanted to do. He shouldn't wait until the day that he will be asking himself what-if questions.
And so, he opened his heart to more possibilities. It might not be necessarily the time to fix everything that was broken, but slowly mending them was already a good step.
Both of them were not expressive, and they could only show what their mouths were unable to express.
