"Do you want to go back now?"
Rave was looking at the beach outside when his dad asked him, and soon Ivo was already beside him. He blinked his eyes and then looked at his dad.
It had been days since they met again, and Rave still thought sometimes that he was only dreaming. This was his important goal at the start: to find and see his parents once more, and now that it was almost within his reach, he still felt it was surreal.
However, he knew that it was real. One of his parents, whom he had been longing for, was already here. Rave couldn't think or do anything else during the past few days as he only focused on his father; he didn't even ask anything yet.
He didn't want to ruin it; Rave only wanted to treasure the time he had been dreaming of, just being with his parents. However, now that a few days had passed and the overwhelming feelings had somewhat calmed down, he knew that it was time to face reality once more.
