As the kiss ended after a few minutes, since Arren had become breathless, Spade would pull away for some time before claiming his lips again for another deep and devouring kiss. It happened—he didn't know how many times—and Arren wasn't bothered to count.
It was by far their longest and most fiery kiss, and it seemed even Arren had the thought that his lips were a bit swollen from being sucked and bit by the alpha; he lowered his gaze and glanced at Spade's lips. The light was dim, so he couldn't clearly tell, but he knew they had the same situation.
Arren panted and didn't mind how he needed to breathe heavily after the kiss and noticed how their bodies were pressed even more against each other, and unknowingly, the intense atmosphere made them lightheaded.
