Norzin stepped into one of the rooms at the academy, the door creaking softly as it swung shut behind him. The room was dimly lit, and the faint glow of crystal was the only illumination. At the center of the room, seated at a small wooden table, was Hussain, his figure shrouded in the flickering darkness.
"Allen has decided to quit the Disciplinary Committee," Norzin announced, catching Hussain by surprise with the news.
"Seriously... What's his plan?" muttered Hussain in disbelief.
A slight grin played on Norzin's face, prompting Hussain to inquire, "What's with that expression? Are you starting to mock me now?"
"Of course, I am." Norzin chuckled. "I haven't seen you surprised like that since Allen made the aarkocra oath with me."
"That was my only mistake," Hussain replied ruefully. "If he hadn't known about the Aarkocra oath, you would have been the perfect double agent. How could he have known that?"
