Before Kallen could leave the place, Norman and Clarissa arrived. Clarissa's mana suppression ability made Kallen unable to move.
Norman's mind raced with thoughts, 'The blood staining her hands must be that of the reported slain student. Eliphas's academy dungeon system, seemingly foolproof, was outsmarted by this cunning woman.'
Glancing at Allen, Norman mused, "Considering the color of her hair, it's unsurprising this kid is intertwined with her. Despite slight differences, their resemblance is striking."
Just then, Norman suddenly realized something; he came to his senses and shouted
"Clarissa!"
"Huh?"
In a swift motion, Kallen unleashed a mysterious, space-bending black object from her right hand. The targeted assault was directed at Clarissa. Fortunately, Norman jumped straight at Clarissa, allowing her to survive the attack.
