Third POV
Eric was just passing by the park, his hands was tacked I his pants pockets and saw Beatrice, making him smile.
Eric walked towards her and tap her shoulder which made Beatrice look at the source. "Hi Eric." she greeted, as Eric sat beside her.
"How are you Beatrice? You seems kind of happy but at the same time didn't? Your expressions made me confused." Eric pointed out, Beatrice eyes widened in surprise when he stated it.
"How'd you know?" Beatrice asked but Eric just shrugged. "Just a hunch, I guess..." Eric admit.
He then leaned towards Beatrice face making Beatrice lean backwards to avoid him, just for safety precautions.
"What're you thinking about?" Eric suddenly questioned as he retreated from leaning any further, while Beatrice sighed in relief.
"Nothing~" Beatrice grinned, but Eric raised his brow, indicating that he is not going to believe her lies.
"How can you tell?!~" She whined, while crossing her arms at her chest. "Probably because I used to have that kind of expression when I thought back about my past." Eric replied making her go silent.
"Hey Eric..." Beatrice called as she look at him. "hmm?" he respond making her inhale deeply. "Do you hate a person when you know that they killed someone?" she questioned him all of a sudden.
Eric was thinking for the right reply for her question, it took him a while to come up with something. "It depends actually... I know someone who killed people while saving my life. She is always known as the Mafia's deadly butterfly..." Beatrice was surprised when he mentioned her.
"Mostly, everyone thought of her the wrong way. But I didn't, I do idolize her though, because she saved my life. I owe her my life, because when she wasn't there, I'll be a dead meat by now." Eric explained.
Beatrice mouth was moving like a fish without any water, because her mouth is opening and closing. But she quickly regained her posture and cleared her mouth.
"Wow, I didn't know that." Eric only smiled. "Too bad I couldn't see her face though." he sighed sadly. Unconsciously, Beatrice pat Eric's head making him surprised. "I'm sure you'll see her someday." Beatrice smiled, as Eric chuckled.
"Yeah"
Beatrice's POV
I was at the front door of the house and was afraid to open the door, the park that time is kind of relaxing.
So when I finally opened the door, I was greeted by a frying pan almost hitting my face if it weren't for my instinct, I was going to be hit by it directly at the face.
"I'm ho... me... What the-? Mom?!" I exclaimed in surprise, as I saw my mother already in the house, my father was hiding behind the couches.
"oh! sweetie welcome back!" Mother greeted with a grin, as she hugged me. I was dumbfounded. 'How the heck...' I thought.
"I just got released from the hospital after a quick check up." Mother stated as she clasped her palms together.
"I was surprised that I only need a little money to pay for the hospital bills, I wonder who payed some of the bill that need to be paid." Father smoked, they didn't know that I was the one who payed for the payment of the hospital.
I just nodded. "It must be our lucky day then!" I exclaimed. "Well, I'll be in my room now! See you!" I said and run towards my room.
When I went in, I immediately closed and lock the door, I looked at the full body mirror which is covered by a thick clothes.
I started to uncover the mirror little by little. As I finally uncovered it all, I was now looking at my own self in the mirror, the only difference is that, the one in the mirror wore a mischievous grin.
"Isn't it wonderful that she is finally awake Beatrice?" She said to me as she touched the mirror's boundary. "She can finally state the wrong did you did to her. Starting when you were young, I'm sure you didn't remember it now, so it will be interesting when you will find out for yourself." She grinned, as I scowled.
"I really hate you." I said, as I covered the mirror back again. But not before hearing the words she said "But if you hate me, you'll also hate yourself, because I am you, and you are me, Beatrice~"
I look at my hands, and balled it into fists. 'That's right, but do I really hate her?' I thought, having a second thought. As Eric's voice reached my ears.
"It depends actually... I know someone who killed people while saving my life. She is always known as the Mafia's deadly butterfly..."
"Mostly, everyone thought of her the wrong way. But I didn't, I do idolize her though, because she saved my life. I owe her my life, because when she wasn't there, I'll be a dead meat by now."
I shook my head and smiled. "Maybe, there's a time for a change...?"
Cordilia's POV
My daughter is acting so strange, the last time I saw her is she was just a little kid but, *sigh* I really am a bad mother, am I?
"Our daughter is acting strange Ed." I informed my husband, as I lean my cheek towards one of my fingers.
"I don't think so? She's been so quiet and when your not here, and we just got along when me and her have a little misunderstanding." Ed explained, I look at my husband and stared at him
"What kind of misunderstanding?" I asked as I noticed, he started sweating, and raised his hands in surrender.
"I-I may, or m-may not have mistaken her friend as her b-boyfriend and scolded h-her a little." I looked at him in surprised.
"Y-you what?" I asked, my eyes is wide, as he started to back away. "P-please spare me love." Ed begged as I put a hand at my forehead in helplessness.
"You shouldn't have always assumed that, every male friends she have is her boyfriend Ed, she's still a child. Besides, even if she were to have one, she will eventually tell us of who it is." I scolded him, as he nodded in defeat.
"I'm going to talk to her." I said and walked towards my daughter's room. 'I know your the one who is behind of the low hospital payment Beatrice.' I thought with my brows furrowed.
