Ryker looked around at their empty surroundings, before closing his eyes and sending his spiritual sense downwards. Deep underground, he could feel the winding tunnels and caverns that lay beneath the sands, populated by countless people with the same trace of spiritual qi seen in the Black Dragons before him.
"Wow, you guys are a lot bigger than I expected," he said, to which Jamar bowed his head modestly.
"As expected, nothing escape's Honored Immortal's sights."
"Hehe, yeah, I'm pretty great, huh?"
Feeling rather proud of his improving spiritual sense, Ryker rubbed his nose with a confident smirk. On the other hand, Long Meiling just rolled her eyes, a playful smile on her face as she spoke.
"So, how do we enter this base of yours?" she asked. She couldn't sense any special mechanisms or formations in the area; did they simply have to burrow down to the tunnels, below?
"Please, allow me."
