"What's up with you and Aramis?"
Aurnia immediately detected the annoyance in Thalassa's voice when she asked her that question. She ignored her stepsister and exited the door to where they held their classes every day. She noticed how Thalassa was looking at them yesterday at Aramis' house, so she sort of expected the question.
Aurnia felt a tight grip on her elbow, and as she turned around, her eyes were met with Thalassa's furious expression. "You can't fool me, little sister. I know something's going on with you two. And it'll just be a matter of time before I can think of a way to separate you two." Her stepsister sneered, gritting her teeth in anger.
The princess looked at her stepsister straight in the eyes and retorted back. "Mind your own business, Thalassa."
