Blake fidgeted as he stood in front of his brother. He could almost feel his feet giving way as he stood, barely able to mask his fear.
His brother stood up and stretched his body out for a few seconds.
"It was a bad idea to come here first before calling you," he said with a gentle smile. "How are you, little brother?"
"I thought we were never to meet each other," Blake said with a small quiver in his voice.
"I'm not bound by that now, am I?" his brother smiled. "I can decide to see you whenever I want. You're the one who can't see me unless I want you to."
"What do you want from me, Drake?" Blake asked.
"Hmmm," Drake rubbed his chin with a thoughtful look like he was trying to remember something. His eyes brightened up after about a minute. "Ah!"
He walked over to Blake and Blake took an instinctive step back with every step he took.
"I wouldn't advise that," Drake said as he neared his brother. He was about 2 inches taller than Blake and was a lot broader also. Blake could feel his raw strength as he gripped his shoulder tightly.
"Y-You can't hurt me," Blake said quickly. "You know it's against the rules."
"Of course," Drake smiled as he ran his hand through his hair. "I don't intend to harm you either."
"Then what do you want?"
"To see your progress so far," he said and Blake soon felt immense pressure as foreign energy invaded his body, travelling around his insides easily no matter how much he tried to fight it.
"Well, that's pathetic," he said as he took his hand off his brother's shoulder. A slight disgust was obvious in his expression as he stared down at Blake who shrunk under his brother's gaze. "You're still at that level after all this time, huh?" he sighed. "Here I was, thinking that you finally got some kind of breakthrough which earned you the military enrollment. I guess you just curried favour to let you come here."
Blake wanted to contest that. He wanted to tell and oppose his brother for his insensitive comment when he knew nothing about what he went through. Only he knew what he had to endure and go through to be here. No one had the right to say he curried for favour.
"Is that all?" Blake asked with his head down. He couldn't challenge his brother like that. Not now, not ever.
"I want you to find some guy who uses a ninja skin in the VR game," he said with a bored expression as he went back to sit on his chair. "I think he has blue hair too."
"Why?" Blake blurted out, before realizing his mistake a second after.
"I would punish you for questioning me but you're too pathetic to withstand a punishment," Drake sighed. "The guy you are to find isn't though. I think he might be a lot more useful than you are. He defeated one of the top ten students in the school and we suspect he's a first-year. I want you to find him. He would probably be in class A. Please tell me you at least made it there."
"Y-Yes," Blake stuttered. "I'm in class A."
"Good," Drake smiled. "Now you would do your brother this little favour, won't you?"
"Y-Yeah," Blake replied.
"Don't try challenging him though," Drake said as if reading his mind. "He wouldn't need an ability to beat up your pathetic ass. He didn't need one to win against a top ten, so he would need even less to beat you up."
"What?" Blake asked in surprise. "How is that possible?"
"Oh, that is most likely because the student he defeated was only fighting with 35% of his body's normal stats," Drake said dismissively. "But it doesn't change the fact that he was defeated without an ability and was also unable to land a good hit. You should watch the fight. It was uploaded online. You could learn a thing or two from it."
With that, Drake walked past his brother as he headed for the exit. "Wait here for a few more minutes before leaving."
Blake did as he was told and stood rooted to the spot as his mind was preoccupied with a new concern.
"He beat up a top ten without an ability and his opponent wasn't able to land a good hit," he thought. "Who the hell is he? I don't think I've seen anyone capable of that in my class."
His watch beeped and when he checked it, it was a link to the supposed video. He could barely wait before tapping on it allowing a holographic screen to display the video in front of him. The video seemed to have been shared by the VR arcade themselves and it was titled; Major Upset.
He watched the video, again and again, losing track of the time he was supposed to wait in the garden house for.
"Oh, what do we have here?" a voice said, distracting him from the video which he had been paying rapt attention to. He turned decided not to turn around as three boys in their second year walked in.
"Some Black dormitory kid," another said looking at his wristwatch which had four lights. His dorm was known as all of the outfits and uniforms from each dormitory had a lining of the dorms colour at the rim and edges. "He seems a little strong too."
"Damn," he sighed as he stretched. "I spent too much time here. Let's make this quick, shall we?"
"Huh?" One of the boys sneered but soon found his head kissing the ground and his consciousness fading as Blake stood there with his palm covering his face, only leaving space between his fingers to let him see. The other two experienced the same thing as their temple throbbed badly.
"What the....." he voiced out before passing out.

Meanwhile, Ian was out jogging around the school begrudgingly as he grumbled. "It's 5 pm and that geezer is making me jog at the time after assaulting me with punches earlier. Stupid shitty old man!"
As he focused on his hatred for his teacher, he was unaware of his surroundings as he jogged past a pink-haired girl who focused on him as he continued jogging.
She smiled after he took the bend away from her view.
"Found you, Mr Anonymous."
