Gabriel had to attend work on Monday although he had planned to visit the hospital with his girlfriend for a check up.
Therefore, he told Mia that he'd meet her at the hospital instead of them going together. Mia stayed in her car for hours until she received a call from Gabe that he was close to the hospital, hence, she took steps to visit the doctor for her check-up, aiming to leave together with Gabe since they couldn't come together.
Mia was walking with ease as she passed through the parking lot. However, she felt strange around her. But still, Mia found her way into the elevator only for a man to join her in the elevator, covered in black.
That was when Mia began to feel uneasy, the man literally was going to the same floor as her and when they reached that floor, with the elevator opening, Mia found herself stuck in the elevator because two more men entered, trapping her.
