Lucian stored the snacks when he reached home and immediately went to his room to sleep. But not without reminiscing about his woman, Gloria.
He took his phone and stared at some of the pictures he had of her, which led him to sleep.
The doorbell woke him up. It kept ringing but until he reasoned why his doorbell would be ringing, he didn't get out of bed.
Lucian was used to living alone, thus, he slept and forgot that he was expecting his son. When he realized that, he ran to the gate and opened it in a flash just when the lady, who went to pick Michael up took her phone to call Michael's mother.
Michael was already feeling down when the gate didn't open. Was Lucian not at home? He thought.
But when the gate opened, he dragged his hand out of the lady's hand and went to his idol instead.
Lucian carried him and collected his bags from the lady before closing the gate.
