Mia's eyes followed their movement and until they were out of sight, she didn't look away. She then turned to her sister and hugged her.
"I know you always want and do the best for me so I won't question you about why you kept it away from me. And now that I even know, I'm angry," she said.
Isabella took a deep breath in so she wouldn't cry. "Thank you for understanding," she said.
"Thank you, sister-in-law. So you are leaving tomorrow, right?" Luke asked as he held his wife.
"Yes," Mia answered. "I had to book a flight for Gloria as well because she insisted on coming with me."
"What about Gabe?" Isabella asked.
This caused Mia to look around for Gabe but then she didn't find him. "He had blessed me earlier before the wedding saying he wouldn't be able to stay until the end. I don't know why as he didn't say anything about it. Is something going on?" Isabella asked.
