Mia accepted his nose rubbing hers. With that, she dragged him close to her. She wrapped his neck tighter. "Let's do this," she uttered.
"I hope it works," Gabe whispered.
"We have to try first, you see," she shrugged.
"True, let me get to work," Gabe pushed her gently out of his hold. He told her that she'd find Tom outside when she opened the door. She should ask for a place to clean up.
He bet that by the time she was done, he'd have finished cleaning too.
Mia nodded her head and walked to the door, then out.
And just as Gabe had scheduled, he finished cleaning before Mia even came out of the bathroom.
When he was done, he went to clean up. Mia then used the opportunity to learn the recipe again.
Now that she knew that M and E meant Mia, my love, she was at ease.
So she begged Tom to teach her again. Mia had this charm that humans find hard to resist. Tom was human and couldn't resist her cuteness.
