Lucian watched her from behind. "I won't leave you alone no matter how much you push me away. I'll do anything to free you from those monsters," he walked to her back and held her shoulders before tilting his head.
Gloria was tempted to look at her side to witness what he was doing to her. And if only she did, he would have kissed her lips instead of her cheek.
But the kiss he pasted on her cheek made her slowly trust him. It was promising and warm. She wanted more but when she turned around, he had already left.
Now she was disappointed with herself. She looked at the dress she was going to wear and sighed. Gloria began to take off her uniform. She freed her chest first. She believed she didn't need to go to the bathroom to undress when the whole room was hers and for the second time, she regretted her decision.
