"What happened?" Isabella turned to face Luke who was already by her side. He showed her what happened instead of telling her. Her suspicion might be right but right now, there was nothing they could do because the pregnant woman's husband arrived.
The hotel had contacted his wife as they were aware of his wife's unconsciousness. Some of the staff assisted and followed Luke and Isabella to the hospital. Now, Isabella was detained from investigating further. Should they call the police about the injuries spotted on the lady's body? Isabella thought.
With Luke and Isabella watching from where they settled, they sighted the man approaching them. Seems the hotel staff had informed him about their generosity in helping his wife to the hospital.
Luke and Isabella accepted his gratitude but didn't leave the hospital without checking on the wife.
