"How does it taste to you?" Gabe asked, picking another cookie to eat.
"I don't know," she frowned.
"Babe, self-confidence," he tapped her stomach.
"So what do you mean?" She asked.
They weren't being stared at by Tom because the man wasn't around.
"It's delicious," he took her hand and kissed her knuckles.
"Really?" Her face brightened up but went dull again. "You are being honest right?" She asked.
"Yes, baby. I'm very honest," he winked.
"I knew it was tasty," she boasted.
"You did?" He teased her.
They enjoyed their time at Tom's place and kissed him before leaving.
Gabe made her settle in his car when dusk was already covering the city. With that, he drove her home.
After getting some dresses for Gloria, Lucian waved at a cab and packed her things into the trunk, driving her to Mia's house.
