Chapter 42: Coin Tosser(3)

[Welcome, player Ikshvaku!]

The familiar, gentle female voice rang in Aakesh's ears as the hatch opened. Aakesh stepped inside the pool and soon fell into a deep sleep.

The next moment, he found himself back at the same spot where he had exited Panagea yesterday.

Since Aakesh already had the direction in mind, he didn't waste any time and proceeded forward. His MP and HP were full, so there was nothing to worry about in case of danger.

The diary detailed that the danger around the coin wasn't that substantial, so Level 10 with attributes like him could reach there. Aakesh trusted the content since his brother wrote it, and he had also only gotten advantages from it.

Following the direction detailed in the diary, Aakesh reached the dark corner of the twenty-seventh street. The Purple City had one hundred and eight streets in total, and the entire city was developed around it, as these streets had survived here since hundreds of thousands of years ago.

In front of Aakesh, a wall blocked his sight. For others, it would be a dead-end, but not for Aakesh, who had read the details from the diary.

Instead of going back, Aakesh stepped forward and reached the wall. It looked to be in ruins, but if seen clearly, each brick in the wall was countable and without any cracks. It was only the exterior in ruins.

"Seventh row from the bottom, tenth brick from the left," Aakesh muttered the diary's content.

Following the directions, Aakesh found the specific brick. It seemed to be a button, as it got pushed after Aakesh added some strength.

It wasn't the end, as Aakesh had to push eleven bricks in total, and there was a sequence to that.

Time flew by, and only the last brick was left.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Aakesh was going to follow the directions stated in the diary to find the brick when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from behind him.

Aakesh felt a chill in his back as he hurriedly turned around, only to find someone charging at him.

Aakesh's face turned grave as the person charging at him seemed to be several times stronger.

Aakesh didn't know what to do at that moment since the charging man wasn't the only one in the group.

The thought of logging out emerged in Aakesh's head, but suddenly, a childish voice ordering the man to stop rang in the area.

"What are you doing here, adventurer?" The owner of the voice stepped forward and asked.

It was a boy who looked to be in his sixteen-seventeen but was slightly taller than Aakesh. Wheatish skin, dark brown hair and abyss-like black eyes gave an unbeatable charm to the boy.

Aakesh's face froze when he heard the boy calling him an adventurer.

The people living in Panagea could feel that the earthlings were special from what Aakesh had seen in their conversations, but none had been able to tell that they were adventurers.

"How do you know that I am an adventurer?" Aakesh asked. His voice was shaking, as everyone in the other group was several times stronger than him. His fearful personality came out at that moment as the feeling of death hit him.

The boy was none other than Veera, and he was here after Alia found this place for him.

"I asked first."

"You answer me, I will answer yours," Veera smiled and stated. His smile was worry-free as Aakesh was only Level 10, and he could kill tens of him without breaking even a sweat.

The scene in the alley looked weird, as a man in his mid-twenties was frightened, while a boy in his teenage years was laughing.

Even though Aakesh was frightened, he didn't forget his purpose for coming here. It was the coins, and if the group ahead of him had the same purpose, then things were going to get worse for him.

"I have reached Level 10, so I am here to travel and find a suitable class," Aakesh answered after he slightly calmed down.

The world of Panagea was magical, so there were chances that the other party would be able to tell if he was lying, so Aakesh told the truth, but not the complete truth that he already had a class to find.

After Aakesh answered Veera, Veera turned to his left and looked at the girl. After the girl nodded, the smile on Veera's face turned wider.

"Since you answered mine, I will answer yours," Veera said.

"See that girl; she is one of you," He further added.

Aakesh followed the directions and found nothing but empty air. But suddenly, lights seemed to gather around that area and soon formed a girl.

Aakesh's eyes widened in shock as he recognized the skill used by the girl.

In the diary, Manish had suggested to Aakesh three classes to choose from since the seven classes would take time, and Aakesh didn't have it.

Other than those three, Manish had also talked about some of the other powerful classes in Panagea, and one such class was Light Mirror. Its abilities were topnotch for survival, and only those seven classes were a match for it.

The skill used by the girl was one of the skills granted after getting the class. It will devour any light coming at the user, making them invisible.

"Hello," Aakesh hurriedly calmed down and said.

The girl seemed not to have Aakesh in her eyes as she only looked at Veera. Aakesh could swear that at that moment, he saw a heart in the girl's eyes.

She had only appeared because Veera pointed at her, and after Aakesh saw her, she activated the skill again, soon turning invisible as all the light around her got sucked, and the concept of reflection disappeared.

"Are you here for the coin?" Veera suddenly asked Aakesh.

"What coin?" Aakesh wasn't a good actor, so his expression gave him away when he attempted to feign ignorance and hide his shock.
