I looked up in the direction from which the voice came. The feeling of seeing the man who had tormented all of us for so long made my nerves jittery.
I saw a short figure standing at the back where the lights didn't reach. I squinted my eyes, but I couldn't make out more than his outline.
"Welcome Sanders!" He said again before taking a step forward.
And when that figure stepped into the light, I was shocked to see that it wasn't a man but a young woman, wearing black and her hair tied in a ponytail.
But what left me stunned was the wicked grin on her lips.
"Surprised?" Her lips moved, but the voice that came from her throat was a man's.
What was going on?
She cleared her throat, as she continued. "How much I was waiting for this day to come!"
This time she spoke in what I assumed was her natural feminine voice.
