Everything changed in here , nothing felt the same again , the designs , arrangement , furnitures all were new , where did they keep my mother's last memories , her pictures were not seen ....ooh how could i forget that she was replaced by Miss Lyla Devson soon after she died .
I inspected my room and gladly dad preserved my stuffs atleast he considered that , i walked in and sat by the edge of the bed then scanned my room it's been a while now and the last thing i remember being in this room was crying my pain out, may be i shall laugh this time .
" Thought you won't come back " a voice echoed in my ears and i felt irritated right away. I knew it was Morgan my step sister and practically Lyla's child with my father , sometimes it hurts me so much knowing that my dad cheated on my mom since we are having the same birth date and same year.
" Do i belong somewhere else?" i asked and she walked in completely walking like a queen in her castle, i watched her moves and she kept trailing her fingers on my table right beside the entrace to my room.
" Welcome then , Olivia " i could hear sacarsm in her voice and it bothered knowing that this was the life my father tried to get me out off when i was young , too bad i have to face it now and am prepared for it.
" Why did you come back ?" she asked me again and i felt my blood gushing onto my body as my nails dipped on my palms . I felt the heaviness in my mouth as words fought themselves but my lips wouldn't support their way out.
" Morgan " A yelling voice was heard and Morgan threw her gaze to her mother while i kept my head low fighting my tears on my eyes.
" Don't treat her like that , she is your sister , more over she's tired and needs a rest " Lyla said walking toward me as Morgan walked out.
" I need a rest just as you said " i snapped hovering on my bed not giving her even a stare as i dipped my face on my pillow . I could still sense her presence and i really wish she could have stayed away from me , i need a rest.
I then heard a click sound of a door and i knew she walked away and i did not see to tell when the sleep took over my body.
I woke up lately and it was already night , i sat on my bed and tried to extend my sight through the dark but nothing was visible , ooh my spectacles how could i forget them.
I walked and searched for the switch first and put the lights on and ran to my handbag for my second eyes , they do some insight you know. I smiled on seeing them , placed them on the table and went for shower.
A laughter filled the space as i walked down stairs being on my short pajamas that exposed my thighs , had my home slippers over my legs and my face was tarnished with my lovable spectacles , most said i look like a goddess with them and am proud of that.
Silence conjured the atmosphere as soon as my presence was noticed and i tried to ignore them and pulled my seat beside dad as he smiled , i could see how happy he was as he served me my favourate dishes.
" You missed this , right princess ?" i felt a warm feeling on my chest seeing the love in his eyes and i nodded to his question . I looked over Lyla and she smiled , i knew it was fake and i didn't intend to reciprocate it at all . Morgan scoffed and banged the table making my dad's face into a frown .
" Morgan " he called and she snapped , " I don't see the point of why she is back , you promised that she would never return dad " that was more likely a shouting i guess but my heart dropped on the promise my dad made , was it true that he promised her such a thing .
My head throbed and i sipped the drink he offered me a while ago .
I could see dad trying to peek a glance out of me but i masked my expression and kept eating , i wouldn't die out of hunger atleast. This was what i was nervous for all the while, i was afraid of my own family and wondered why dad was acting so weird, he was never like this before.
" Morgan , she is your sister for god's sake " Lyla said with a tiring expression and Morgan smirked , Dad tried to hold my hand as i raised it to pick up the last steak and left the table.
" Liv , Liv " he called but i hummed my best song's beat and a laughter was heard behind me.
" See dad this illegimate child , how arrogant she is " Morgan said and Robert got angry in a sudden , his eyes sharpened and muscles tensed while looking at her.
" Shut up , Morgan " and she flinched on her chair as Robert left the table. Morgan gazed at her mother and she got a scary look.
" What mom?" she asked raising her shoulders , rolling her eyes and Lyla grabbed her hand tightly to a point of leaving a bruise.
" I told you to hold yourself , this will be over once your taken by your Prince charming and that will be a happy way to get rid of her , right now think of your dad's state were at verge of bankruptcy and she knows nothing of , so stop making a fuss around here " Lyla let go of her hand and she hissed.
Cooper's Mansion.
Charlotte was busy comforting her best friend , she was once told about what happened but none of them thought it would be like this when she comes back .
A door knob was twisted and a man walked inside , since Charlotte was busy with her phone , she didn't notice his steps or presence.
" Everything is going to be okay , babes " she said in a lovely comforting voice and she heard a voice she missed yet did not want to hear it.
" Whom are you talking with , huh ?" . It was a cold yet thrilling voice and fear crept down her spine , she knew he did misunderstood the situation and since he has a arrogant nature he wouldn't listen or believe her .
" I will call you later Liv " she hanged up and turned to face the man . " Don't you know how to knock Willy Cooper " she snapped and the man's maniac laugh was heard all over the room and outside too.
" Is this how you have prepared yourself for me , little dove" he said and her eyes narrowed at him trying to elaborate whatever he meant. " So tell me what's his name " he added.
God she couldn't believe whatever was happening , she just arrived and this was how she was welcomed by her big brother, what a curse.
" It's not a he , it's she " she said and he raised his lip one side and gave a meekly smile , and her fingers fidgeted knowing that nothing good will come out of that smile and she was waiting for it.
" Ooh , okay " he said dipping his hands onto his pockets and turned to move away from the room , she was quite still observing the little movement on his face but nothing came .
Suddenly he stopped and looked at her again " welcome home princess" . Actually she was suprised of the hospitality she just received, this was not likely him at all.
He twisted the knob and left her being dawned on her own thoughts." Such a mean creature" she cursed and pulled her phone ready to carry where she left once .
William Cooper , the heir to Cooper's properties , a big brother to Amelia and Charlotte , making a family with three childs . He is the most handsome young bachelor in the city , despite being Rich , he is sturrbon , principled , hardworking and like how most people speak of him , they say he's a business tycoon , a monster as he posses a cold heart and more over a one night stand guy .

He walked downstairs to find a table full of food seems like nobody ate today . He ordered the maid to take some food to Charlotte's room , he knew she's not a foodian and liked to be pampered too bad , she is grown up now and nobody is going to volunteer for that at all.
He then walked to his room , took a shower and threw himself on bed , took his phone and scrolled to see some messages and he replied " Finish him " before throwing it to the other side of bed.
His aura changed and looked so murderous, he sighed and closed his eyes and sleepeness slowly took care of him.
Back to Charlotte , ate the food sent and slept after a long talk with her bestie as she promised her to help in solving everyproblem she has .
They have been together in a lot and nothing escaped their hands unsolved and so she believed it was no big deal , there must be a way out of it .
