"Just like I said, a male is going to remain the leader of this group," Jimmy declared proudly.
"Yeah, but it ain't you," Abigail retorted bluntly.
"Ugh!!" Jimmy clutched his chest tightly before saying, "It hurts cause it's true."
The group burst into laughter and everyone started conversing with one another. The previous tension which filled the air had finally dissipated and our gloomy mood had become a thing of the past.
We maintained this jaunty attitude until nightfall when we decided to make camp and hunt down a couple of rabbits to eat.
Since we were an hour away from the closest Cyclops Village, we decided to rest for a while before embarking on our night raid when the Cyclops would least expect it.
The plan was to have a sufficient amount of rest before beginning the search for the flag.
