[Note: Skulking around forests and moving on hard floors becomes easier as skill proficiency level increases.]
[Acquired Skill: Marksmanship Skill]
[Level Requirement: Level 5]
[Effect: You now possess an improved knowledge of using long-range weapons.]
[Required Attribute: PRE (5), AGI (4), DEX (4).]
[Consumes: Mana.]
[Note: Just because you can handle a lot of weapons, it doesn't mean you're now the god of weaponry.]
