As the leader was telling the king all about what had happened at the arena. Three guards rushed in to meet the King and the leader.
"Greetings and sorry for the intrusion. The Cat King Race is officially here." One of the guards spoke.
"Allow them safe passage into this chamber." The King ordered.
"As you command."
The trio immediately went back down. The entrance to the capital was now stopped due to the sudden appearance of the Cat King Race.
Of course, this was the father's idea and not the son's. Simply, this way would get most people to get their attention to them.
"I hope this is not a mistake." The son whispered.
"It is. However, this is also the best way to actually travel without going through the back ways." The father replied.
As they guards hurried with fervor. The Cat King father just stood there lazily. His thoughts on the Demon King of Will's words.
"Even if I do not like it. I need to accept it." His thoughts finally concluded with the guards arrival.
"We shall head out now. Please follow me."
As one guard led the way, the other two were behind making sure that no Beastman came up from the behind.
The walk slower because the Cat King father wanted it. His gaze on the slightly worn out houses but still very much solid. The businesses slightly better in condition.
When they exited the residence area and into the higher ranking area. The group saw houses that were pretty much brand new.
Children could do whatever they wanted without any consequences or consideration of others. This upset the Cat King father.
"Spoiled brats." He spoke in disdain.
The guards flinched because they knew better than most to say anything about this children.
"Who dared to call my children spoiled?" A cat like beastman spoke.
He was very lean, it looked like he could have been malnourished he was so lean.
"I, the Cat King Race did. Do you have any problems with that?" He rebuked.
The actions of both caused a major uproar.
"Cat King Race? Here?" The man replied.
"Yeah." A wave of Qi descended on the capital. The Qi seemed to be filled with countless cuts and maliciousness.
"The rumored area of the Cat King Race."
The father stood proud in front of his son and the guards.
"Isn't this just a little," before he could finish. Another wave filled the current one.
This wave was filled with nothing but death and horrors.
"Try to make another comment and I will release the entire horror of this area upon the capital." The Cat King spoke loudly.
"Um, Cat King." The eldest spoke.
As he looked around, children were suffering from just the second level of the wave. This is not what is allowed in the capital.
"Seems like children are weak nowadays. Make sure that you train yours to withstand this level of pressure or else your family will be the first to die in battle." The Cat King spoke and left with everyone else.
Being spat on was one thing, being told that his family would be the first to die was something that he could not handle.
"I am going up there as well."
As he followed, a smile crept on his face.
"Been while since I found a fellow Cat King. Must be their father or someone close related to their father."
As the group entered the chamber that the king wanted. Another person entered with them. His gaze on the father.
"Pardon my intrusion. I wish to have a forced battle of savage with this man." The one who followed spoke.
"Cousin, there is no need to make yourself fight." One of the advisors spoke.
"There is a need because he not only spit in my face but also tried to claim that my family was weak."
As the silence followed, the eldest son spoke up, "My father did not say that his family was weak. He told him that if he did not properly train his children than his family would be the first to die in battle."
Murmurs went around.
"Silence." The king spoke.
"We have three things to do in this meeting. First, we will meet up with the current Demon King of Annihilation."
Those words put fear into everyone.
"Second, we will not have a savage battle but a first blood battle. This is to help prove or disprove the strength of these two."
The other person was willing to accept this fight.
"Finally, we have to see who will become the next King. My children have all decided to become military generals and do not want to inherent the throne."
Those words made the person outraged. No king before had to deal with such lazy children. The advisors already knew this but it hurt to hear these words.
"Without further ado," before he could finish. The doors to the castle shattered.
